   Precautions: 1. The autoclave is a precision device. The sealing ring adopts a conical surface contact sealing form. By tightening the main bolts, they are pressed against each other to achieve the purpose of sealing. Special care must be taken to seal the cone surface to avoid various collisions and damage to it. When installing the lid, first place the reactor kettle body, and then place the kettle lid in the fixed position and carefully install it on the kettle body. When tightening the main bolt, you must tighten it diagonally and symmetrically for several times. Uniform, do not allow the kettle lid to tilt to one side to achieve a good sealing effect. Do not exceed the specified tightening torque to prevent the sealing surface from being crushed or accelerated. 2. After each operation, the residue on the kettle body and kettle lid should be removed. All sealing surfaces on the autoclave should be cleaned frequently and kept dry. It is not allowed to use hard or rough surfaces for cleaning. 3. The reactor should be used and operated strictly in accordance with the "Safety Procedures for High Temperature and High Pressure Reactors". It should not be operated alone, and more than two people are required for the experiment. 4. During the work of the autoclave, open the ventilation fan to ensure good ventilation. 5. When there is pressure in the kettle, it is strictly forbidden to twist the nut or knock on the autoclave. 6. At the connection of the positive and negative nuts (inlet pipe, exhaust pipe, and branch pipe connecting the pressure gauge and the kettle cover), only rotate the nut, and do not allow the two sealing surfaces to rotate relatively. 7. Observe the indication of the pressure gauge at any time during operation. It is strictly forbidden to use the kettle under the conditions of overtemperature and overpressure. 8. If there is air leakage during the experiment, stop heating immediately and stop the experiment.
