Precautions: 1. It is recommended that the temperature of external heating during work does not exceed 350 ° C, and the heating rate is ≤5 ° Cmin. The temperature can be controlled using a PID temperature control system, and the cooling rate is ≤5 ° Cmin. 2. Working pressure ≤ 22mpa. 3. After the feeding, the screws are symmetrically pressed. When the reaction is completed, the kettle body is naturally cooled to room temperature before the kettle lid is opened. 4. The filling degree in the kettle should not exceed 80% 5. The material contains strong acid, strong alkali or other corrosive ingredients, please use lining.
