Flash Drying Oven
1. The flash drying oven has three types of heating method: i.e. electrical heating, steam-electrical hybrid heating and gas heating.
2. The hybrid dryer mainly uses steam to heat plates with electricity as a supplement. Therefore, the water loss is kept to the minimum. The plates are heated on both sides by circulated air inside the oven with high efficiency and low energy consumption.
3. The conveyor speed can be adjusted in the range of 3-28m/min to match pasting.
4. Dried plates are accumulated either vertically or horizontally on rail.
5. The temperature controlling system uses the intelligent accommodometer which produced by SHIMADEN company in Japan as the key controlling element, and the precision is controlled within 1℃.
6. The material of the conveying chain is SUS316L stainless steel so that corrosion prevention is very good.

Advantages Of The Upgraded Flash Drying Oven
1. Wallboard is added to the driving and driven device, with lead paste recovery device;
2. The insulating layer is 30mm thicker;
3. The frame structure is improved with better insulation effect;
4. The conveying chains are circulated inside the oven, which is good for constant temperature for the plates;
5. Add moisture removal duct, with better dehumidification effect;
